This is helping me fight bronchitis now, this product has awesome scent and not over powering. I also put a few drops on a cotton swab to help purify the air threw out my home. I am gonna do the same at my mothers later this week, and see if it help with her bronchitis which she is taking an antibiotic for. Sometimes natural remedies help as well. Smells amazing! Everyone that comes in my home comments on how nice it smells. It's a wonderful blend smells sweetly of cinnamon, spicy from the Clove and clean from the eucalyptus and lemon. Sounds like an unlikely blend but the smells somehow really complement one as another! I have made a room spray and put some in a small bottle as a hand sanitizer and I use a small amount in a diffuser as well. I have looked up all its uses and history of the four thieves and illness protection. Sounds great and smells great! So I am spraying it in copious amounts in my house and on my hands. I also read it can be used diluted as a throat spray. Which I'm hoping I won't need to try soon. This year I have recently got into essential oils & I'm slowly building a collection of them and I'm still learning about different brands & scend & how to use them. Triple Defense Essential Oil by Vivorific Health is the first oil I have tried by this company. It is compared to 3 thieves oil. I have tried 3 thieves oil before by a company named Plant Guru & it was the worst scent I have ever smelled in oils in my life. It smelled like vomit to me. No joke! I was a little hesitant to try this Triple Defense for that reason. I am pleasently suprised how much I like this scent! It smells nothing like the last horrible scent I got. This smells GREAT! Ingredients are: cinnamon bark, rosemary, clove bud, eucalyptus & lemon. The cinnamon is the scent you smell the most but, all of these scents are mixed together perfect & none of them over power each other. This scent of oil is really popular for hand sanitizer. I'm going to make it with the recipe someone left in the comments here. I use oils in my diffuser, and I use them on my dryer balls! It's fun to change the scent up. I have a baby with sensitive skin so we can use chemicals. I'm able to use oils on my 100% wool dryer balls & it does not bother his skin. I have also used oils to get feeling back in my skin & for healing. I highly recommend that you will love this scent because I love it! I cant get enough of this scent!
